When cleaning
your whiteboard avoid using harsh, abrasive cloths that will
permanently cause surface damage. eg paper towels, scotch brite
etc.
Do not clean surface of whiteboard with unsuitable chemicals such
as turpentine, methylated spirits, grease, oil, wax, aerosol
sprays or acetone.
Due to the natural oils contained in the pigmentation of your skin
it is not recommended that you attempt to wipe boards clean using
your fingers or palms. Doing so may cause permanent residue on the
surface of your board, which will result in poor quality and
appearance.

Do not clean whiteboard until markers have dried
For cleaning your whiteboard surface, we strongly advise ‘WIPEOUT’

When using ‘WIPEOUT’ cleaner, a lint free cloth such as a chux
should be used to gently to wipe off print.
When administering spray to surface you should not use a pressured
circular motion, only soft upward wiping is needed to remove
print.
Clean eraser pads regularly to prevent build up of pigment being
transferred to surface.
